What happens when I make a purchase?

You will be contacted by email and set up a date for consultation that best works for you. After that, you’ll speak directly to a MaravisTech and from there we’ll map out exactly what your creation is and get started. After this conversation you’ll know exactly how long until completion, but we will keep in touch through every step of the creation process.

How do I contact you if I have a problem?

You can always reach us by email 24/7 maravistech@gmail.com and we will respond as soon as possible. If you are currently awaiting a service’s completion or a former customer, you will have a direct line to the MaravisTech you began your creation process with.

Is a refund possible after consultation?

If you purchase a product but want to cancel after consultation this is perfectly fine. We will refund everything EXCEPT the price of the consultation fee as this fee is nonrefundable once consultation is complete.

How long does a service take until completion?

Our services vary in turnaround time. Some are as short as a day and some may take up to 2 weeks or even a month. Please visit our Terms of Service page for more information on our turnaround times by service.

I don’t see the service I want listed. What next?

If you have a vision in mind that doesn’t quite line up with any of our current products, please feel free to contact us directly by email maravistech@gmail.com with a brief description of your needs and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, Cashapp, Venmo and Zelle for payment. To make purchases outside of the store, you will have to contact us directly. This is also the process for creating custom packages or requesting custom services.
